3. Shipment Terms

• Prohibited Items: No illegal, hazardous, restricted, or perishable items may be shipped. It is your responsibility to ensure contents comply with international and local regulations.
• Packaging: Clients must ensure proper packaging of items. Courier Junction is not responsible for damage due to improper packaging unless packaging was provided by us.
• Documentation: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete documentation for international shipments. We can assist with customs paperwork upon request.

4. Delivery & Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are provided based on partner carriers like DHL, FedEx, Aramex, etc. These are subject to customs delays, weather, and force majeure. Courier Junction is not liable for delays beyond our control.

5. Rates & Payments

• All service charges must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• Rates are based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and carrier charges.
• Any duties, taxes, or customs fees are to be borne by the receiver unless pre-arranged.

6. Liability & Insurance

• Courier Junction’s liability is limited to the declared value of the shipment or the carrier’s standard coverage, whichever is lower.
• Clients are encouraged to opt for additional insurance for high-value items.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of income or opportunity due to delayed or lost shipments.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations are allowed before the shipment is picked up.
• Once the shipment is in transit, no refunds will be issued.
• Refunds, if applicable, are subject to review and processing time.

8. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate shipment details, contact information, and delivery address.
• Cooperate with our team or partner carriers for smooth pickup and delivery.
• Refrain from any abusive or inappropriate conduct with staff.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Insert City, e.g., Noida].
